Claim time is of the utmost importance to us. We are here to help you 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. These are the procedures to follow:

  • Call us immediately
  • We will contact the insurance company as soon as possible
  • We will organise the claim forms to be sent
  • On receiving the forms, we will meet with you and help you complete them
  • We will follow up for you and will keep in touch with you while the claim is being processed
  • We will ensure that you are paid as soon as possible.

Trauma insurance claim - Fay's story

Gordon and Fay have been clients of ours for a number of years. In October 1999 they each took out a Critical Illness / Trauma Policy with Tower.

In February 2002, at the age of 35, Fay was diagnosed with Leukemia. Gordon phoned me to tell me and I immediately contacted the insurance company and organised for the claim forms to be sent.

After helping Gordon complete the claim forms and getting all the doctors reports together everything was sent back to the insurance company to be processed.

Soon after sending in all the necessary documents, I was very happy to be able to hand over a cheque to Gordon and Fay for the full amount of cover. This was much to their relief as they were both running out of savings and would have had very little financial assistance thereafter.

Gordon was so relieved that he did not have to contact the insurance company himself. He could leave everything up to us and could concentrate on spending his time with Fay. This money helped them financially and gave them peace of mind while she was recovering.

Income protection claim - Vince Arasi's story

Vince Arasi has been a client of ours for a number of years.

He has Income Protection Cover with Tower. He is a self employed Cabinet Maker. On the 7/03/07 Vince unfortunately cut the tendon on the ring finger of his right hand rather severely and his finger had to be operated on, Vince called us on the 8/03/2007 and we immediately called the Insurance Company and organised the claims forms to be sent.

On receiving the forms we helped Vince complete what was necessary and the rest of the forms had to be completed by his doctor. The information was duly sent to the insurance company. Vince was booked off for 2 and a half months and he was promptly paid the full benefit for the period due.

Income protection claim - Van Son Tran's story

Our client, Van Son Tran, has Full Comprehensive Insurance cover with Zurich including Income Protection.

He runs his own transport business known as Happy Son Transport.

At the end of November 2005 Son had to stop working due to severe neck and back pain.

He had a major operation on his neck in March 2006. He received Income Protection payments which helped him support his family, being his wife and four young children until such time his doctor said he was able to go back to work which was in January 2007.

Income protection claim - Muon Nguyen's story

Muon Nguyen took out an AXA Income Protection Policy with us in August 2001. In October 2005 we received a phone call from Muon to say that he was suffering from severe back problems so we helped and followed the usual claim procedure.

Unfortunately to date Muon still has back problems and is not able to work but fortunately he is still receiving the fortnightly benefit from AXA. This money has helped Muon maintain and support his wife and four children enabling them to be able to keep their family home and get a good education.
